Beet Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 small red beet, trimmed and peeled
- 2 cups of your favorite greens (kale, spinach, etc)
- 1 large apple, cored
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup preferred milk (almond, cashew, oat) or water
- 1/2 cup frozen sliced peaches
Instructions
Add all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Sip with a Stikatto!
You can store smoothie in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
