Beet Smoothie 

Ingredients
  • 1 small red beet, trimmed and peeled
  • 2 cups of your favorite greens (kale, spinach, etc)
  • 1 large apple, cored
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup preferred milk (almond, cashew, oat) or water
  • 1/2 cup frozen sliced peaches

Instructions

Add all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Sip with a Stikatto!

You can store smoothie in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
